Question: What do the drivers wear?

Answer: Our chauffeurs wear jackets and ties. Tuxedo’s and white gloves for weddings.

Question: Why should I choose Albert’s?

Answer: We have one of the largest fleets in South Jersey, have been in business since 1985. We are full time, full service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our vehicles are new and well maintained. Albert’s has an excellent record for service. No one does it better than Albert’s!

Question: How do your rates compare to other limo companies in the area?

Answer: We are very competitive with our rates while offering a high level of service.

Question: How old are your vehicles?

Answer: Our vehicles are new or late model except for our 1954 Rolls Royce and our Stretch Hummer.

Question: Can we make multiple stops?

Answer: Yes you can. For hourly reservations, you can make as many stops as you like during the length of your reservation. For flat rate drop offs, such as airports, there is an extra charge for each additional stop. Prices vary by vehicle.

Question: Where do you travel?

Answer: All over the Northeast region, including all airports, train and ship terminals. No job is too big or small.

Question: Do your prices change during the year or days of the week?

Answer: Our rates are the same every day of the year. On Friday and Saturday evenings , our vehicles have a five hour minimum for nights out, concerts, birthdays etc, with the exception of the sedans.

Question: Can I drink in cars?

Answer: Most of our vehicles do allow alcoholic beverages. Our Vans, SUV, shuttle, Town cars do not. This is the law in N.J.

Question: Do you allow smoking in the cars?

Answer: No smoking is allowed in any of Albert’s vehicles. We are a smoke free Limo company.

Question: Do you supply water or snacks?

Answer: Most of our vehicles are stocked with soda, snacks, bottled water, ice and glasses. Our sedans are stocked with water only. Shuttle vehicles are not stocked with any of the above.

Question: Can you provide car seats for children?

Answer: We do not provide car seats but can accommodate them in all of our vehicles, and store them safely in our office until you return.

Question: Does Albert’s provide airport Shuttle service?

Answer: Yes, we have 14 passenger vans and 23 and 27 passenger shuttle service. We travel to all airports. The service is private just for your party. We do not pick up other parties along the way unless they are part of your group. The same is true for the return. You reserve in advance and we are waiting for you at the airport.

Question: Do you conduct background checks on your drivers?

Answer: Yes, we do as well as drug and alcohol testing. They are carefully selected and screened. Most have been with us for many years.

Question: What happens if you are overbooked?

Answer: We do not overbook and never cancel on our clients reservations. If we are booked full when you call to reserve we will refer you to another service that we work with.
